Hello, there is no way to get: Grade 3 Armor Reform Stone. Does anyone know what is going on? I tried to create it in the refinery and nothing. I tried to exchange the Hunter's Seal in Tarif without success. I'm trying to upgrade the boat and need this item. Can you help me know how to obtain it. Thank you

Unfortunately you are unable to use Grade 3 Reform stones until after the January 17th Maintenance.
Please read the following notice to get more information:
Regarding Items Scheduled for Removal due to Item Simplification

These items can be used in the same manner as before until Jan 17, 2024 (Wed) maintenance, as well as be sold/purchased on the Central Market. (However, the Grade 3 Weapon and Armor Reform Stones can no longer be used.)

I have reported the issue with the Spanish post. It should have this mention. This is clearly a mistake by the translation team. Sorry for that ^^.
In the meantime you can still upgrade your boat but you have to skip the Improved step which requires a bit more of the other materials.
