Northern Calpheon Adventure Log entry 'The Glorious Day'. Ive searched the internet all day. Philaberto Falasi - He gives me no quest to start. (all quests on) I thought i might have started long ago when i made my sailboat but all the suspecting characters i cannot find quest. Anyone can help?

In order to get the "The Glorious Day" knowledge, you must complete the questline starting from "Mysterious Request" obtained from the Black Spirit. Here is the BDO Codex link for more information. https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/3125/1/
