Pearl Abyss: Here are OG classes reboot

Jokes aside, as a 2016 class main, I'm pleased to see my class (ranger) getting a reboot.

Hasnt happened yet so remains to be seen if its gonna be more than the slight adjustments we've had a few times already.

The wizard awakening FG changes are a pretty funny example:

Awakening release: Hellfire has FG, Chilling wave has FG.

"we feel awakening skills has to much protection", removes FG from Hellfire.

Next change comes around, FG removed from Chilling wave, FG added back to Hellfire.

Core skills added. "we thought awakening could use some more oumph" Core: Chilling wave, adds FG to the skill.

So now after a few years we have come full circle and are back to how the skills were at awakening release. Ofc theres been a lot of other changes along the way but theres still that feeling of not that much having changed despite many so-called mini-revamps and updates.

I'll keep hoping that they decide to split each class properly into 2 different sub-classes that only uses either of the classes available weapons but that task would trully be monumental amounts of work for sure.

How many times... w8 till they actually release and judge it?

Since 2016 their overall track record of fulfilling their roadmap is way higher than not fulfilling it.

Additionally, given the OP  it's rather not likely they charge for class reboots since 100% of their updates so far were free of charge, therefore there isn't much to reserve judgement for: they explicitely gave the middle finger to all the haters.

Some classes got a bunch of useless skills. It's not rocket science, the devs were just lazy. Mark enemies with DK's imerious command! No wait! it's pointless! Marking trash mobs and causing a chain explosion sounds pretty satisfying actually. And of course, her coolest slash skill, has no purpose and I wanted a prime version of it so badly.

Others got a bunch of clunky mobility/evasion tools. Tamer's tree climb, w/e they were smoking with that one.

No, they was lazzy for the newer classes, who got low amount of skills.

Back in the old days, they wanted to boast about having loot of skills in game, so they filled classes with useless garbage copypaste skills, so they can advertise it.

That on the other hand is pointless. BDO combat ain't that deepth to require that many skills, and they are useless anyway, so why would anyone use them lol?

It's hard to "fix" this. If those skills would be usefull, it would be an advantage compared to the new, rushed classes, but removing them wouldn't paint a good picture either, so they (at least currently) just ignore them.

I like the old forums better.  This forums remind me of FFXIV General Forums.  It's overrun of Loyalist and Sycophants lol.  If you even try to make a negative thread it gets deleted.

BDO has been out since 2014 and your telling me this is the first time they tried to rework old classes?  Hello Succession says Hi.  

Nova and Archer are as extinct as the Dinosaurs, 80% of the ppl who tried/returned to BDO after the Kakao to PA transfer are gone because of how BDO is. 

Now i heard there's a 340 AP zone coming?  Mansions that nobody cares about?  A rework on the Tutorial that ppl will prob just skip?  Ranked PVP? Devs admitting Ghillie suits are P2W so they are disabling it on some PVP servers? lmao.
