Today I finally got a +3 AP cup and enhanced my belt. Upon equipping it I realized than the AP doesn't add to sheet. I kinda feels bad for spending 1b on only 3 AP that don't count towards brackets. Do you all think this is fine price and stats or that this item should add to sheet stats ?
hidden AP is useless
You can try it in glab, 2 cheap bleu crystal 20% critical give more dom than full 2 billions crystal AP
hidden AP is good if you have < 245 sheet AP +/-
offensive cup upgrades are pve things, if u pvp u prolly want defensive upgrades
DR and HP enhancements are extremely valuable. 1 billion for 3 sheet AP would be way too good.
I am willing to pay 8,8 billion for 150 HP, so the ring enhancements are actually freaking cheap.

I was afraid such an opinion would be common sense but I still feel disapointed by this upgrade.
So...let's get this straight...Vell's heart which adds 3 AP pretty much as a slotless item is 10 bil. You want an add on 3 AP to an existing item that is 1 bill to do the same?!? Are you insane?!?
Yeah, the 3AP on the belt is basically worthless. The 6DR is better, though that still not really worth the 1B realistically.
But this not a new story. Most of those enchaments items are only for show with basically no real value (except the HP ones). The critical damage enchaments are just as worthless as the 3AP belt.
With that 3AP you looking at on avarage like +10 total damage in PvP on your abilities. That's nothing.
At very least they should've make the AP and DR the same.

Vell heart value hasn't always been this high, I bought mine for 6 or 7b iirc, furthermore it does a bit more than adding 3 sheet AP.
Besides upgrading a Tungrad accessory from TRI to TET gives 3 sheet AP for an upgrade price that is much closer to 1b than to 10b.
Lastly I don't "want to add 3 ap to a 1b item", otherwise I would have worded my OP differently.
Imagine manufacturing the wrong reform stone, ouch.
