While I admit that I didn't read the entire tooltip thoroughly I honestly can't see why you would restrict the use to current-season Tuvala weapons. Considering we get a set of coupons when using the Fughars Time-Piece it really renders the 40 Swell Sea Shell turnin bundle useless. Please make it so the Tuvala Weapon Exchange coupons can be used on Tuvala weapons from previous seasons.
