I thought about this and I came to the conclusion that they could add the missing underwear for Shai to pearl shop + add the underwear box to loyality shop (so you could buy one box for each character, (not only for shai btw since some people could complain about exclusivity)). I think that by this implementation both parties would be pleased. 

I saw the Shai t-shirt thing and thought it was cute and made me realize how neat it would be to see that in the pearl shop. Also am I the only one who would want to see a burlap dress as an option and RP as a homeless shai with dirt on face while AFK? LOL

Yeah because heterechromia is such a sexualized thing is has to be removed
