I'm open to the idea of changing how guild wars function, and I absolutely appreciate the fact that many players are war-averse and it can be really awful if a stronger guild repeatedly hunts a weaker guild in a one-sided crusade. So there's a reason to consider new systems if PA is actually consistently losing players over this stuff.  

I personally only grind on Arsha so the GvG changes do not mean much to me. I just grind where I want until or unless someone stronger or more persistent than me forces me to move elsewhere and that's always been fine for me. I have never needed to declare a war or ask for a war to be declared. So my own perspectives on how GvGs work now, or could work with changes - well, my own voice is kinda moot here.
