Can you fix the skill SOLAR FLARE speed with high FPS.  It's UNAVOIDABLE , no matter how quick you are.

Warrior is the most oppressive class in duel because of SOLAR FLAR + GRAB speed. And also REMOVE GRAVE DIGGING SLOWS ON ALL HITS , make the slow applies only on the second slash.

AND REMOVE SLOWS ADDONS OF THE GAME

IDK what exploit are you talking about, PA even rewarded those who abused them to get top rank in AOS, so they are totally fine with using exploits and third party softwere.

The saying in BDO is "The more fps the more dps". I really hope you're aware of that, not just from one class skill.

Warriors are not the most oppressive in duel. My best guess is that this unmentioned warrior chained Solar flare from Head chase and then grabbed you. Oh. Maybe this warr also had Executioner(E buff). I don't know the details. Solare Flare followed by nothing can be obviously seen. It's avoidable. I really don't know what you're talking about, considering there are better classes in 1v1.

And about Grave Digging: No. That would make the skill near useless, just like it's core skill.

Indeeded abusing fps/latency with third party software is not a warrior only exploit. Most class can get heavy advantage this way.

sadly developers obviously dont care as it is ingame forever and people tweak their game to have few hundred fps to exploit the effect of fps on ingame character behavior.

slow should be on last hit as it was originally... this insta slow that can be canceled basically isntantly on top of it is just bs.

To make a skill useless, based on a bias is even more bs.

how about first hit applies slow for 1-2 secs so if u cancel u get something at least, but last hit applies the rest of full "fck you " duration (+8secs)

I remain unconvinced(and never will be) by negotiating or throwing crocodile tears for the sake of desperation about something when it comes to balance. Unbiased talk matters much more. Also "marverlous" choice of words in the end. Am I speaking with actually somebody, who knows how PvP works or beginners?

Guess every "balance" topic is just laughable. They really remind me of "Ubisoft mentality". Cry for nerf this or that with crocodile tears to make something or someone irrelevant, instead to figure out how to make myself relevant to something.
