How do I put it so you guys would understand.

At current state of game you don't have good enough connection to process all of the actions leading to issues like skills going on CD with no cast or getting stunned through SA. Every single match I experience this issue. And I read in chat many other experience the exact same.

This issue is so bad you can spot it watching your tournament stream as well.

But here we are, you making another tourney, even tho the game isn't functioning properly.

 I wonder if you just give up on that because the issues is so difficult to fix. But let me tell you, in a game where miliseconds make difference, this particular part of pvp is in beta state at best.

One more time, this is very very important in a game like this. I am not even malding yet, as I am not good enough to blame my loses on desync. But for pro players this must be absolute horrid nightmare. It happens every other if not every match. Please fix.

A week ago they were getting DDoS'd, I don't know if these issues are relevant to that event but since then, the servers have become considerably less stable to the point that there is a lot of "back tracking" while fighting. Back tracking is what I would describe when your character teleports back to where it was 1 or 2 seconds ago. There are also a lot more issues trying to buy and sell items from the CM, as well as transferring items around from warehouse to storage etc... Utilizing skills can also be impacted and horse maneuvering seems to be having issues as well.

They did announce that there were issues with the arena servers and they are looking into it. What came out of it, I don't know. But what I do know is that cloud technology is not intended for games and it has never been proven to work reliably in any test case. Presently they are using Azure cloud servers to host the game and it feels almost like they have increased the player limit on each server which would cause instability.

In any situation be it a website, app, or online game -- increasing the user limit on the server will always lead to instability and tremendous lag / other issues. If the functional limit is 150 users per server instance and they increase that limit to 225, there will be a lot of problems developing from it as a result. This may or may not be what they are doing but as someone who, well, let's just say knows a thing or two about this, it seems like a probable reason. Someone must have said "we need to save money, increase the player limit for each server" and then this happens.

As far as the arena servers are concerned, it could be for the same reason or it could be something entirely different. Keep in mind, cloud servers are horrible for games but it can be more affordable long-term as you don't need to purchase a physical datacenter here and there. It's unrealistic to ask them to not go with cloud, but it would be nice to know if they are exceeding server capacity which would then lead to instability. If that makes sense.

How can "pro play" exist without combat logs, getting CCed through SA is nothing compared to what they hiding by removing combat logs.
