Enhancement chat is turned off in my System chat and I still get those notifications whenever I change characters, servers, and at random times. I'm even getting new ones while I'm typing this.

Please just remove the enhancement messages from chat entirely, I don't know of any player who is interested in randos enhancement results. Or have a working opt-out option.

The bug has been there for years and never fixed because the support is not doing its job properly...
the last time I saw someone send it to support, they replied that it was normal and that it was necessary to deactivate the option to no longer have the enhancement in the chat..
except that :
1- on his screenshot the option was already disabled
2- the bug is supposed to be KNOWN, there are 15000 topics and requests on it... why does support still not understand the problem?????

Stop with the automatic and easy replies and do your job...

The cost of fixing this bug is too highmaybe? Many man-hours:D
