Constant "crashing" is not really a good description of the issue.

If you experience crashes, it is best to send a ticket to support in order for them to be able to check the logs, and see, what exactly happened:

Given the lack of info here, it's obviously impossible to know what types of crashes the OP is referring to, but I found it very odd that the most recent patch notes claimed that it fixed crashing at the loading screen when such crashes have increased dramatically for me since the last patch. AFAIK, it's always been a problem that switch servers or characters has risked crashing the game, but for me at least, it's been happening a lot more lately - which is even more annoying when you're trying to do stuff like the Magnus questline where you end up loading into a different area over and over again. From what I've seen, the rate of loading screen crashes has varied over time, but usually, it's a couple of times a week at most, whereas this past week, it's been happening multiple times a day.
