So if you just start a job and you are on a 3 month probationary period, does that mean that you are not employed? I dont think so. When you start at a job, you are an employee, and are hired on, and must undergo a probationary period.
Sure, when you start a job you may have a probationary period. In that period, however, you don't necessarily have full company benefits. Full access to Guild Bank is not necessarily something you need or should have. NW/Siege guilds might enjoy leaf access to taking trap and re-build items to help keep the fight going.... why have access to other Guild items??

I assume the only person who would do this kind of thing would be a patchy psoriasis face type pokemon. Maybe a manlet goatee type as well? Very odd behaviour, probably a mental health crisis.
Add permissions to guild storage, that would solve the issue.

Like a Guild Bonus, an Apprentice does not get Paid, however Apprentices can enter a guild, they can open and remove items from Guild Bank.
The items below are then processed into Sellable Items on the Market Place.
