This might be a bit advantagious, but the guild system in general needs a complete rework. I allow new players into my guild and we essentially act as an indept tutorial and personal guide for your new customer base which is imparitive for player retention. A lot of the guild related updates seem focused on one type of guild, NWs/Siege, which make up less than 10% of active guilds across all servers maybe even less. Instead of trying to entice every guild in the game to participate in nws/siege with gated rewards and gimmics, embrace the community as it is and allow for a more customizable guild instead of 1 size fits all solutions.

last Night in the Sailing Discord, 1 of the theives admitted to robbing 2 other guilds. They posted screenshots of what they took.
Asside from the Sea monster items, they took guild crafting items and the Guild Drill rewards for the buffs, and galley/elephant registrations.

He has sworn he will continue to do so, and no longer hides it. I do have a screenshot of what he took as well his ranting of a mad/person until PA fixes it.

nothing will stop them, they are doing this for profit, but some players are doing it to mess with other guilds. i have several videos of an officer destroying guilds from the inside, throwing everything away, selling mounts, and kicking every member that is not an officer.

nothing happened to them :) they are still laughing about their achievement
A simple fix is permissions. Or 2 separate storages: one where every member can touch, one where only guild master and advisor.

just turn the guild sytem into wow/ffxiv system, stop adding these useless  ranks(secetary mission officer etc  etc)
old outdated pointless guild system needs to go

Lineage II still has a much better system and has for 16years

Mission Specialist = General member + ability to pop mission
Officer just doesn't have the ability to kick anymore
Secretary is current officer + ability to kick and points management
Staff is secretary + ability to manage allowance, appoint secretary and below, set guild protection, equip guild mount gear, use the guild drill, and set up arena of arsha
Advisor is same as before

Welp, no storage changes yet, but they broke guilds
