No in-game changes have been applied to prevent that disruptive behavior itself from happening again, and I haven't seen a change in the operational policy for what constitutes disruptive gameplay or what can be done about it. The primary user that exploited these game features to be disruptive to others was banned months ago because the behavior was already considered a punishable violation, that user then appealed and had their ban reduced from permanent to one year despite their history of various infractions and repetition of this specific behavior, and any other user can still intentionally disrupt gameplay by removing or deleting items from guild storages. That behavior will obviously continue to happen to various guilds, whether the source is the banned user or any other person trying to be disruptive.

Nothing extra has been done for the benefit of the BDO community here, nor has a step been made to to resolve the design flaws in the Guild Storage system that allow for this disruptive behavior in the first place. The only result demonstrated here is that players are going to continue to be held responsible for self-policing the operational policy by reporting disruptive users, as they already were. What exactly has been applied that counts as a resolution to this feedback thread? Why is this thread marked "Applied" in the forums as though a change has been applied to the game? In the interest of transparency, does this simply mean that going forward the expected resolution to this problem repeating itself is to increase the workload of the support team instead of resolving the in-game portion of the problem?

Am I missing something? The behavior was already considered a violation of your operational policy because the terms of disruptive gameplay were already broad to serve on a case-by-case basis. On the other hand, Support Recovery Policy still states this: "Even if items and/or silver in guild storage are accidentally or intentionally lost by a guild member, they cannot be recovered." The factual state of things here is still that, per policy, nothing will be done on behalf of robbed guids to restore stolen items, and players reported for disruptive gameplay may or may not be penalized for violation of operational policy on a case-by-case basis, if and when support decides to do so upon review of a report. The public policy has not been updated in line with marking this feedback thread as resolved.

I am glad that you appreciate our patience here, but we would also really appreciate an actual change being applied to the game, instead of the issue being obfuscated and stated as resolved while simply stating that your customer support ticketing structure will continue operating within the existing bounds of the policy.

ive made a post damn near begging for the guilds the ability to make there own Allows, denied permissions ie like in star trek online for example if your X rank you cant touch ANYTHING in the bank/invite people even speak in fleet chat etc etc. As that would make controlling anything ion your guild 4xs easier, make ranks have a damn meaning right now ranks like Quartermaster? Useless Officers?? Damn near useless. We need a revamp of how, what guilds are In BDO period
