I would like to draw attention to this post, made 3 years ago, seems we tried to get this noticed by Kakao Games, Hopefully Under Pearl Abyss it will get fixed. it is literally the same info

You can call me B5564. PA wont fix this 'problem' as it is an intended mechanic of the game. Its what Guilds get for kicking members after they worked so hard to get GAP for that 5 mill a day tract. Now, if their name is on the list and the contract is signed, that makes them a member.
Guild Ranks, even on Contract states "Apprentice"

Sounds like alot of whining going on. The website not showing certain adventurers is not an in game exploit. I had ticketed about not being able to find belladone on campgrounds and was told it was an intended thing and they even told me how it was possible to do it. Having it return an error if its unintended would be a bug that the website owners/technical team would be responsible for fixing. The campgrounds shouldnt really be a thing. I do not, nor have I ever given consent to its use to search my private family, and character names. It is a tool thats invaluable to anyone that chooses to harass and bully other players.
As for guilds, there is nothing stopping them from kicking their members after they have worked long and hard for their 5M silver daily pay. Shoulda credited a bonus prior to kicking them out.
Im happy to pay for a character and family name change every now and again. Serves its purpose.

Worked so hard for 5M contract? With 30d contract, you can reach 5M within 8 days (1 guild quest per day) or with 365d contract it's 4 days (1 guild quest per day). What hard work are you talking about mate?
Also, if you get kicked from guild while you have active contract, the guild pays you penalty, 300% of your current contract. So if you had 5M, they must pay 15M for kick.
