Artifacts are not tradeable on the market and the drop rate is so abysmally low that to get one is rare enough. To get one that is the incorrect type? (Eg, ranged DR instead of ranged AP) So far, this artifact hunt has been the most frustrating aspect of the game and given how it is not tradeable, it doesn't make sense when I compare it to its companion lightstones.

Lightstones are relatively easy to drop. They can be sold on the market and you basically have 3 paths to getting the lightstones you need.

1. Grind for the drop and convert it to a purified lightstone and pray you get the correct lightstone.

2. Buy it from the market.

3. Exchange 3 of the useless ones for a prayer.

At this point in the game, anyone who wanted his lightstone set, should be able to get it already, via any of the 3 methods available. But if you want THAT specific artifact? RNG can just continue to troll you till the end of time and you will still never see one.

Give us a mechanism to turn our hoards of useless artifacts into something more useful or at least a prayer of something more useful please?
