More Clarity on Level Requirements (Lifeskill and Combat) for Quests:
[Mountain of Eternal Winter] There are 162 Main Quest shown under Main Quests. FYI if you complete this storyline under LEVEL 60 you WILL NOT see approximately eighty (80+) side quests!
[Balenos] There are 76 Main Quests shown under Main Quests. FYI if you complete this story line under LEVEL 60 you may not see as many as TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY (260+) side quest!
So this equals about 8,500 quests on 25 Characters!
I personally made the error of completing only main quests on Balenos on several characters and had to return to this area to compete missed quests.
There are specific LIFESKILL LEVEL requirements and COMBAT LEVEL requirements to be able to see some quests, so I stopped questing on any CHARACTER under level 60, and restarted questing one I leveled that CHARACTER to 60+.
I will share the following information I gathered doing my 30K, the information below is based on doing most side quests (I stopped Fishing after Serendia, Cooking after Mediah).
These are the approximate quests completed you should be working toward:
Balenos 335
Serendia 419
Calpheon 595
Mediah 206
Valencia 246
Kamasylvia 215
Dregan 121
Everfrost 240
Star's End, O'dyllita, Atoraxxion, Abyss one, were not completed as they require a higher gear score than Tuvala and gear obtained during Mediah/Valenica Questlines were obtained.
Note: Many side quests are hidden and by this I mean when you look at a NPC they only show a Daily Quest, however upon talking with them they may have a sidequest. On several NPC's after completing one quest many more sidequests are offered.
Note: Many quests "Auto Complete" on following play throughts on other Character after being completed once.
Note: Special Thanks to other Adventures who provided lists on materials to be carried during questing!
Note: Suggested Quests, Many of these are "One-Time" Family Quest and only count once some are able to be completed on all Characters (IE: Parts of the Great Expedition can be repated on every character]
Note: I chose not to encure the expense of "Boss Gear" (Helmet, Armor, Gloves, and Boots) that could have beed shared by all Characters as I felt I would need "Boss Weapons" to give the AP these areas may require.
Note: I completed my 30 K SOLO as I was completing side quests during the main quest line and asking fellow ADVENTURERS for help with story line while doing side quests I felt would be too much of an imposition on their time. And more importantly I quested when I felt like it not when someone else was available.
Note: I did not complete any quest that required extended time to complete (IE: Fishing, Combat over 100+ Kills)
Note: Since I have Characters specifically designated for Gathering, Cooking, Alchemy, Fishing, Hunting, and Processing, I limited the amount of quests completed on many characters as I am working toward GURU on these characters.
Note: 30K is possible on Thirteen CHARACTERS (using above numbers)
Note: I intend to complete "The Magnus" on every Character as that is 110 Quests per Character.
I hope this information helps Adventures if they choose to reach 30K quests.

Star's End and O'dyllita are doable on season characters with full PEN Tuvala if you add a few common buffs (tent/villa, food, draught, perfume/elixir, spirit stone) and artifacts/lightstone (pick your favorite ap / dp set). Solo Atoraxxion and Magnus don't even need all of that. Magnus gives you the gear you need already.

300 stack aint worth it for me, to specifically do quests I'm at 11k and I never grinded for it, I guess in 5 more years all be close to 25k maybe I push then?
