Only content that is using your gear in full capacity is RBF(RedBugField), T4 nodewars(or better to say abuse wars) (2 times a week) and one Castle (lag/zergfiesta)siege(1 time a week). 

Honestly, with how bad your balance is and how you ignore feedback, dont even see the point of running value pack anymore(what for tbh? i mostly pop it coz im too lazy to sort out storages, but u r honesly finally giving me amazing incentive to do it).

Ask twitch chat i guess, because its looks like PA listenning directly to them, rather than to playerbase. Because only madman will remove gearing from gearing game. You think players enjoy you shitty "balance" or exploits in every corner ? What keep players playing its shaddy hopes that with better gear they'll have advantages over less geared players, but what PA doing now, its clearly showing they want "New player" to be at same level as those who play game.

So here is the question - what is reason to play BDO ? You don't need to grind  its pointless, you don't need gear  its pointless and more important you don't need to pay for those parts.

Just roll "new" class untill its getting nerf and then repeat with newest class.

Lets see how long they could sustain "new class" horny teens milking, because from now on, new class is only half naked females.

P.S. Even on this forum you clearly can see that only "players" who enjoy changes is either full private account or max lvl 61 - those who don't play game.

You can go grief weaker players at low level spots, that's the gameplay PA wants ppl to do, as they clearly not want people to use their gear in normal PvP.

That's what you get for players constantly crying that it's too difficult to catch up. Now you get Pen gear thrown at you and reach 700+ within half a year.

That's still impressive to see players making assumptions based on an irrelevant matter of level.

Removing reasons to get gear in gear based game is irrelevant ?  BDO don't have anything else to do, PVP sux as its  full of hidden mods and insane imbalance, PVE sux as you get more at low spots than at end game. Group content sux.

Let me guess what is relevant, discussing your RL on media channel ? Or flexing that you have quest rat in your inventory ?

PA can't even answer to who they listen to, on who's suggestion those last changes was applied ? Who asked for it ?
