I'm not sure who is in charge of the stat checks of current and future items such as weapons, armor, and crystals within BDO but they are not doing a very good job at it. 

You guys introduce these armors (Blackstar)and (Godr- aye)weapons within the game that take 250-300+ ( Takes me 340+ FS to make a "V" Blackstars) just to have dropped QoL crystal update  turn the green/upgraded weapons into BIS for those of us achieving, trying to achieve end game, "competitive" stats for PvP and PvE. 

My suggestion is this, give us a off-hand that's worth our efforts and time that can be used in PvP and PvE or create a end game weapon for PvP periodd (Human damage on it, Garmoth upgrade gives accuracy and 10% special damage bonus with Nouver's AP). 

As of today, I feel like you guys have destroyed my goals and journey by creating this issue of not worth enhancing Blackstar off-hand to pen because some 2nd class weapon is BIS (PA's unitentional oversight?).

Also as a suggestion if at all possible, can you get a official QC/QA team to check on stuff instead of watching Twitch and Youtube streams for given advice on fixing classes and items, as this seems to only exacerbate issues you guys are creating.

If you wasted 340fs on a blackstar then you scamed yourself.

Also green stuff is only BIS on caped spots and that is an issue caused by caps.

Just so you know, Hnnie. I had several 300+ FS and didn't have anything else to use them on (Another man's garbage is another man's treasure, I suppose?).

And you are wrong in regards to people not using green to yellow items versus Blackstars for PvP (You can't hit the accuracy with Blackstar off-hand versus the shit green to gold off-hand). I suspect this was not on their radar when they did the crystal updates or in future updates they may have a different direction they will go later on with FG equivalent weapons (You see that now with the changes they announced).
