Title: Remove level restriction for Weight Passives

Suggestion/Comments: First, level 49 characters have all their skill automatically learned. 2nd, contrary to popular beliefs, lifeskillers need extra weight too. So please, remove the level restriction for the Weight passives. And while at it, maybe also the level restriction for lifeskilling related quests (be they the "[Life] Better Desert Trade Item Prices" quest chain or "[Life] Puteaux's Gift - Artifact and Lightstones" one).

There is level cap so stupid players not "accidentally" learn them and complain that they can't learn other abilities, as while you auto learn the trash abilities you still need skill points for your main abilities and the weight passive drains a lot of skill points.

I already hate under level 49 life skillers, I don't want them to have more weight. Suffer

I guess you hate everyone you can't flag up on, be they lvl 49 or seasonal characters.  Also, come to think of it, I'd guess you're also telling people to stay 49 if they don't want to get pk'ed while afk training? :D Your bitterness isn't making bad design choices better, not to mention it adds nothing to the topic.
You may not know, cus hatred and all that, but PA did remove level restrictions for lifeskilling progession quests. So it's with that in mind and with the newly revamped skill points system that their choice to put a restriction on LT makes little sense. 

Ugh! Yeah, maybe. Although there's no safeguarding for neglijence, so I'm guessing that doesn't really work too well anyway.
