An Old Post but no less relevant. I do believe the structure needs to be changed a bit. Requiring 30 members online is not viable to smaller guilds. Instead, I propose a 30% rule to replace the 30 members. 30% of the guild need to be online to get Bonuses and Payouts. Since it scales to size, this is far more fair to all size guilds while not removing the 30 requirement for XL guilds that max out at 100 members.

It's paying out of the guild funds. Haha, the bonus thing sucks, yeah, but even without the bonus, which ain't much, being able to pay people out from the guild funds without having to have people on is a must. Same with being able to do quests without 3 people on. Makes no sense!

It's your money! My dude was talkin' about I have like 4m activity, and it's like yea I do quests. lol. I would do more if I didn't leave and come back and have to rebuild a guild to where there are always 2 more people on. That and the OLD MOON quests being only event related. WACK.

I do think that getting the bonus should be tied to activity in some way, though. Otherwise, everything else you should be able to do at any time. What else are you supposed to do with that money, buy juice?

Bring back old moon type guild quests x10k etc and instead of having them be 300k exp make them like 100 / 150k. You guys have no idea how long it takes to kill 1600 blood woofs, gather 1400 blood, etc... 360 trees. Haha.

Guild quests should be legit. There should be way more interface with guild, as that is the only real pve group content. You should be able to do more crafting and everything. People should be able to get legit gear, too. There need to be MORE paths to advancing to at least seasonal + level of gear.
