I am teetering on the edge of ending this game for good after months of daily bartering and c-r-a-w-l-i-n-g my way to enough crow coins to buy stupid amounts of "Brilliant" materials, hampered by pointless 4 hour cooldowns and parley caps... which does nothing but force me to switch off the game... and you want to drag this process out even longer by reducing the Barter Refresh daily cap? Are you insane???

Did you have a Value Pack and it ran out? I don't remember the exact values, but having a VP gives you more barter points in a day and allows for an extra refresh.

That's a perfect example about how people may see bonus from VP as the "regular situation"
And yep buddy, your VP is probably off. You will find other bad surprises, but hey, that's a good time to get used to it, game is fine even without VP!
