I crashed both the night of the 10th and 11th of may. Since then I stopped putting the game in tray mode when I go to sleep and I have had no crashes since then.

It is simply an issue with tray mode and the Devs even know when it started so we cant rly do anything more on our end.

I have the same problem... and it's discouraging me from playing it and I've already reloaded the game a little... I'll try that Elvia thing... why lowering the graphics doesn't work anyway it closes

Im having this issue more than2 or 3 months. When i go for afk horse training i start auto pathing, tray the game and turn off the monitors boom crashes, keep on the monitor booom crashes than i submit ticket they answered and told me these thian and i have done all of the following Rebooted windows, reinstalled the game,  updated every single driver 1 by 1, cleaned the case , lowered the general heat in the case and part heats, refreshed thermal paste bla bla bla tons of stuffs i tried and upgraded and bought new pc parts and Nothing worked for me than they suggested me to try at optimal setting and it did half work, less crashes. Still looking for a %100 solution instead of waiting devs. 

There was a bug fix about it on todays KR patch. We shall see if it fixes anything once we get the patch too.

4 disconnects since 4 days every  night

last night and this night again 2 crashes at night

another 3 crashes at night and one at day the last 3 days

Had this issue since the April 2023 game updates/paches, and they continue to this day.  Have not been able to resolve.  I have attempted every fix on the web, from the posts, and even paid for new hardware and this issue doesn't appear to be with the hardware at all.  There is something going on with running BDO in windowed mode / when you take the focus off BDO.  I have noticed this issue progressively

get worst with each patch.   Now when the issue presents it self and the reset to the loading screen happens my toon ends up floating in mid air and all pathing is reset, or any afk activity is stopped.   I have also noticed that when this happens if I take the focus off the windowed screen there is visable chunking now that takes place which hasn't happened before.  But now when I restart my pathing for afk horse riding and focuse on another app the game starts chucking frames like it going to crash at any moment but keeps going.  But view in game looks liek your lossing tons of FPS.  When you put the game back in focus i.e. click the window the chunking goes away right away and frames / game plays like normal.  Remove the focus and click on another app it's back right away.  The only way to remove that chucking like effect is to fully disconnect from the game and start it again.  After which the problem goes away and it's intermittant when the reset happens again meaning you can't force it it just happens over time whenever it wants.  But when it happens the game client remains bugged.  And if you take the focus away you get the chunking again like clockwork that happens every time after the reset.  Now you can play the game but you can't really do much afk activites unless your always watching for when the reset to loading screen happens to correct the issue.  So that doesn't really allow you to do much AFK anything.  So there appear to be an issue with the windowed version of the game.  I've been troublehooting this for months now and I'm not finding any issues on the network, with the hardware, i have run every suggested fix for window 11 known related issue includeing compatiblitiy mode and that didn't improve this issue at all.  Uninstalled reinstalled, fixed game files you name it.  The problem persist and is reproducable ofter that first rest happens.   I have sent message to support but sadly they state that this issue could be a windows 11 issue that they do not support at this time.  But at the same time there are lots of users with windows 11 not having this problem.  I wish I could find the source of this issue and correct it but so far everything is point towards the client and what windows 11 is doing with it maybe. Note I have disabled antivrus, opened ports, there really isn't much left out there that I haven't tried at this point.  new Video card is a 4090 Gforce RTX.  when the issue happens I turn off all other apps and only have my nvida controls open and in focus and you can visually see the chunking happening on the other screen.  I have cycled through all the setting on the NVIDA controls even suggested possible fixes which have had no effect.   Anything that works is logout of the game log back in and problem goes away until it comes back again.    The only saving grace right now is that I am finally not the only one have this issue and that other people are starting to report it.  And again everything was fine before April of 2023 when the issue for showed up for me and has gotten worst over time. 

Or... hear me out My Shai just really wants to be a Witch, and this is the new awakening power. Ah fun times in BDO despite the issues. Please review for possible performance update for the client in windowed mode.
