Would not change anything, losing 10 hidden ap for 10% special attack damage is a good tradeoff.

They should simply delete the extra special attack damage from those items, why is it even on them.

Boss weapons/Blackstar should automatically give +10% special attack at PEN.

This would make them worth their price and BiS.

Only reason to use the green wep would be for specialized builds like accuracy, evasion, etc.

Could even make it TET BS gives only 5% and Kutum/Nouver start at C10 and give 2% per Caphras level

Idea in first paragraph is the best and solve everything rest posts in this topic are sick. Guys You cant  just steal 10% special attack perk ... what about people who already c20 their green grade ? Its not their fault devs gave it and they wasted their time for enchanting..

Imagine trying to defend exploiters that "they wasted their time".

1 . Delete the 10% special attack from green

2 . Have another world boss drop his heart (too late to revamp the useless Kutum and Karanda ones...)

     New heart reform gives 10% special attack to any offhand (edit reform limitation)

3 . Everyone choose what they want to use

Thats a logical way. Now in PA terms:

1 . Allow Garmoth heart to be upgraded with 500 Crystalized despairs

2 . New garmoth heart gives 150Hp 100Stam 10% special eva, 10 % special attack on reform (Off-hand only)

3 . I can sell all my Crystalized for max price

4 . Profit

I love it when you make a post. It's not often, but its potent and surgical. Kudos my man. 

However, I think the "crystalized despairs" are being over used at the moment. Maybe they can come up with a new solution, like 100 of each boss aura. 

Imagine bosses actually getting good attendance again. 

Let's not nerf my Parrying dagger and Bronze dagger for some very minor PVE issue.

(as much id love more for myself, the thought of others dealing more is just obnoxious.)

PVE ap caps are bad, and they do NOT keep over geared players away from the spot.

If that low ap spot has anything worth grinding for an over-geared player, this player will gladly grind there and destroy all the nubs so he can stay there uncontested.

Who grinds sausans, helms, manes? Nobody! why? No income and nothing else of value.

Dont want geared players at noob spots? Dont add treasure-, key- or/and money items there and make endgame spots of ALL kinds!

PA is this syndrom of introducing 5 of the same spot.

Add 1shot spots, add gimick/mechanic spots, add tower spots, add tanky monsters spot and make them worth your time.

Eternal winter had best variety, but sadly no income and only flame.

Anyway, i think PA will eventually address the green weapon situation, they are just busy with the expansion and all the shitstorm that comes with it.
