Also Otter Merchant offer is bad and prices are insane so this merchant is the least of your problems.

I try to keep my suggestions small. Most of the offers are terrible, yes. But suggesting they look at the content is a start. Some of the better trades are great for Seaweed Stalks. Nothing else to do with your Corals anyway.

I know even by making this suggestion that I may not even need the merchant by the time they get to it, but hey, for anyone in the future, theres a far better chance of people actually having access to the vendor if it's server wide. I caught the spawn twice in the past two days, but they were the higher priced vendors.
