Are you guys mad, is this how you solve the lag problem? By killing siege even more by adding a new region? There already are very few fights in siege, the reason a lot of guilds place in same region is because it's the only way to balance fights, a straight up 1v1 is dodged most of the time cause one of the guilds knows it's a loss. but 2v2 or 3v3 there's always the chance for a weaker guild to come out on top or a stronger guild come out on bottom. These fights also last longer and are for the most part more content and more fun.

Adding a new region to disperse the siege guilds more will just result in less fights or less fair fights. It's a bandaid way of dodging the lag problem, which is not even that bad in EU so it clearly just shows your servers are subpar for NA and instead of trying to bandaid the issue, you should maybe fix it and upgrade the servers.

2 or even 3 of the regions will still be dead every week, there's just not enough big guilds in the scene for what you're doing right now. Absolutely lost touch with your game and community as always.

it would be nice if they actually reworked calpheon castle a bit as well, or at least prevent it being like swiss cheese due to being easily reachable by t9 horses since those werent in game when castle was designed. 

also PS I was almost excited hoping they would release Mediah 2 castle, but then I saw it was jsut safe zone siege... ugm, sorry, Balenos meat grinder. Hopefully they restored cron castle for the role. (yea right, that would take work :D )
