Attoraxxian is largely a dead piece of content, I would be surprised if more than 1% of the population clears it every week.  The biggest reason is finding 5 people who want to and are willing to do it.

Suggestion, downgrade Elvia difficulty to 3 man instead of 5 man, allow up to 5 people to get the rewards in an elvia group but make it doable with 3 people.   Downgrade non Elvia version to be able to be soloed or duoed but still be able to be done in a 5 man.  If you can get 5 people you should be able to do it faster.  

Alternate suggestion, make it a spamable reward that is worth doing similar to 1 hour of grinding in terms of silver so we can get people who already did it that week willing to do it again.  

I disagree. Right now atoraxxion is the best money content in the game and supplies the player with usefull ressources via tokens of oath

I nearly run it every week and I am hyped about the 4th dungeon. Even tho i wish there was a higher difficulty for better rewards ( make it as hard as crypt or harder).

Also if you have trouble finding a party, use the party finder or atoraxxion discord.

Don't bother too much, there are some players who can't believe one could find interest in something if they can't find it themselves.

That's why we see "dead game", "dead content" and so on. 

I run the dungeons 2 times a week. Ask your guildies, ask your friends, ask server chat. There are a ton of people willing to do the dungeons. Although, I'll never turn down the option to spam the dungeon :) problem is that if it is spammable, the dungeon's worth might go down depending on the rewards.

Yes, I agree. If it became spammable the rewards would likely be reduced so much that no one would want to go there (as arguably most do it for the rewards). Maybe having the weekly quest on something like a 2-3 day cooldown might be nice though. I wouldn't mind going in there more. There is already some precedent for this in game with other quests, like 'Fish for Villagers' etc.

All in all Atoraxxion I think is in a pretty good place at the moment.

How about incentivizing players to partake in the mmo part of the game, instead of making it even more of a single player game? Your downgrades suggestions are bad. Very bad, even.  Mostly because Atoraxxion's the only place where a party is needed in pve. And you want that gone, because hurr-durr, LFG hard.

For what it's worth, most of the people I run the dungeon with aren't opposed to rerunning it if friends or guildies need it. So maybe it's a player problem, not a game problem?

But hey, at least I do agree that making the dungeon a daily run would see more trafic through it. 

usually those type of ppl don't want "looking" for players, they want system to force others to play with them and punish others for not carring them , that's why no one intresting in doing dungeons using ingame party finder -  chances to find proper party close to zero, while chances to find clueless leechers close to 100%.

I always wanted to do the dungeons. But I don't think any group would take me since I don't know the mechanics for the 2nd and 3rd dungeons.

If you don't know the mechanics, you can learn them. It's helpful to remember that no one actually knew the mechanics and had experience with them the first time they ran the dungeon, and they had to learn things for themselves at some point or other. There's guides available for you to read up on them or watch them to get an understanding of what happens so that you're not going in blind. At least for me and the groups that I run with my guild, I have no issue with bringing along people that don't know the mechanics yet - I know them well enough to be able to explain it and guide everyone through it, and any new person that joins and learns is someone I'll be able to keep bringing back later so that it'll be easier to get enough for a group and I don't have to spend quite so much time trying to get people to organize and commit to it.
