Indeed.

Maybe the most beatiful place they ever crafted, the most coherent too from a "realism", coherency and scenery point of view (artists and level designers deserve some praise), the music is good, even the story delivery was better, but it falls flat on its face when it comes to the most immportant : gamedesign and gameplay.

As you said, they took a failed and abandoned game mode, Pit of the Undying, and decided to make a whole expansion out of it ... But although they wish they were, they are clearly not From Software when it comes to boss design.

They are not even able to balance their exceeding number of classes when it comes to the stupidest and most basic grind on braindead mobs with 0 AI, how did they thought they would manage to handle serious solo boss battles in a satisfying maneer ? (yeah ... BDO is an MMO they said....). The more I look at it, the more I understand why their future never-to-be-released games are still in development hell. They just seem to not have the expertise and thus use their only game as a glorified testing ground for their other struggling projects. Maybe that's why BDO has a long histoiry of failed attempts after all.

And as far as I know the region is already not far from being a ghost town in Korea.

They game is not "free", you get in easily and will pay later in greater amount for necessities from cash shop you cannot comfortably play without.

They cannot charge dollar for this expansion because nobody with above-zero self-respect will pay money to be blinded and spammed with calamity notification every few seconds disrupting any activity they conduct at the moment, like screwing up milk minigame.

Why woud you wanna skip the scenes thats boring what will you see and hear?
The boring quests is why you only click R R R R and dont read your imagination is weak...
Try the other languges and see if it is boring
Alot of people asked for this thing since doing the same oration and zombi grind for weeks is mindduming
You can imperial deliver in other zones
You can sail or swim to the area or pay 16mil that you grind for 4-5 minutes....Or just the daly rewards from loging in 
You need a horse to travel or use skills to run and fly and skate
If you bot grind or dont have the skill you will break your crystals
The boring thing is doing evrything with 1 click like hiering workers ehehehehehe

Aside from the bad voice acting and story, I enjoy the expansion. It has a lot of beautiful music; the new map is well done, and boss blitz is a welcome addition to a game that is known for its endless grind. 

Yes, but with the difference that Vindictus has a real beat'em up gameplay, with real combo strings like in a DMC or every game of the genre, skills and stat system designed accordingly and a gameplay entirely centered around raids and boss battles. It is true action combat while Black Desert ... Well, not really, it's more like a strange mixture of both worlds.

What a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME...

Here i had about enough of going round and round in a grind Zone but hell least i get something for my efforts ..... 10+ hours grinding to get Low times and guess what...

Really this is what i waited a week to get NONE OF THIS PAYS FOR ANYTHING..... what a absolute F'ing joke

I am so pissed off right now this new content is trash on a WHOLE new level these rewards are a damn joke

I must admit, im as disappointed about this expansion as i have ever been.

Main story was alright, if it wasn't for unskippable cutsscenes, please let me choose if i want to watch them or not.

Bosses are just hot garbage - If i wanted to play dark souls, i would have booted up dark souls, this is a grind game, and that seems to have been forgotten here. And to further add injury, the bundles that you wait a week for, contains basicly nothing. And not giving the players the ability to farm their own crystals "Harmony Crystals" especially, is just not good. And yes, i know workers can get them, good luck with that.

As other people have stated, this whole region will be dead in a matter of weeks, people will for some odd reason do their bosses every week, for a slim chance of getting something. But thats about it.

And to people saying this is a free expansion, just take a small look through your pearl purchase history.. it aint free.

As a long time member of this game, i emplore the creators of this game to never do this again. Add grind zones, add interesting mobs, make us grind for stuff, not wait for stuff. There is so much wasted potential in the land of the morning light.

Please, and i beg you please, let us choose what to spend our time on, if i want to rush through a questline, let me, if i want to grind for 100 hours straight for 4 crystals of harmony, let me, don't make me wait and wait.
