Plz get rid of this random refresh crap for guild missions! I can't stand spending 4-5 hrs on my days off JUST looking for them. I know everyone would love to be able to pick the ones we want from a list of all of them.  Why is this so difficult to do?? Lots of ppl can't do them or wont because they can't find the ones they want whenever they are doing that activity. It puts stress on the few ppl in the guild that do them to get them done everyday. Its punishing to players, and just rediculous!! Also plz make more generlized ones like gathering meat, sap, blood ect instead of specific types. It's very annoying

I agree with this suggestion.

The worst this can do is make someone get 100mil more per day or something which to be fair; isn't extremely crazy.
I've mentioned this a lot in my guilds its really annoying waiting for a quest I want and having to swap to get a quest on a different channel for a guildie is also annoying. Guild quest can be better.

Also most guilds stop doing them anyways once they get their guild points they need for the guild skills.

The boss subj missions anyway you should be able to pick to do whenever you want. They don't give a reward except to the guild, so it's not like people are going to abuse it in any way.
