I am stuck on the Mangus memories of the deep sea, where you have to pick up pearls in the oder they drop and I can't remember the order, I can remember the first three maybe four at most, it is the best my brain can do.

I tried to make a drawing and write down the order but it appears to be a random order each time it starts, making it impossible for me to complete.

Any suggestions or way to bypass it? 

It's random, but I think there are only a few patterns. 

When I was doing it, the patter that I was able to complete went in one direction first, skipping a pearl each time, and then backed the other way to pick up the reverse pearls.

When I was trying to help a friend, the first time we got a different pattern and I couldn't remember, but on the second attempt, we got the pattern described above and it was easy to keep track of the order.

Seven pearls.  Before you begin, have a circle of seven dots ready, label the top one "1".  You will track the remaining pearls relative to that first pearl.  When you begin, be where you can see all pearl drops, don't move, stay in the same spot until all pearls have dropped.  When the first pearl frops, remember that spot.  That should be the only thing you need to remember.  When the second pearl drops, put a "2" at its position relative to the first pearl. Repeat for all pearls.  When the last pearl drops don't even need to write "7" there, it will be the only empty spot left.

Now go to the first pearl and move it.  You can tell where the second pearl is relative to that one by referring to your notes, aligning the now empty pearl space with "1".  Keep going like that, the pattern of remaining pearls will match the ones left in your notes.  And of course, one pearl left is trivial.

Anyway, that's more or less what I do in my head.  Saves on paper or whatever : )

Thanks for the help; I moved back to where I could see the whole circle and recorded the drop pattern on my phone as you suggested, then played it back a couple times to memorize the pattern and was able to complete it easy!
