The other 4 utility costumes have this so they can be rerolled to a new character. It would be really nice for venecil and canape to also have that option.

Having the ability to purchase [Karki/Venecil] Merv's Tailoring Tool & [Canape] Merv's Tailoring Tool , 1 time per family would be a fine addition. This will allow for players who brought lifeskill outfits pre-shai release and want to reroll to her or any other class. At an avg of 100 days per outfits reroll. It's fair. prayge
