That's why I'm suggesting improving other spots by adding stables closer to them. Serendia is the most common answer because Heidel is a central hub and a lot of people lifeskill there. Also, all the stables in Serendia are great for keeping the horses you plan to level. When you could only do the daily at Stonetail, you were also stuck close to that. Now that you can get the quests from Liana, there is a lot more freedom.

I don't think adding a couple on NPCs is very difficult, considering we get random event NPCs every other week or so, so that would be my preferred option so that people who lifeskill away from Heidel also have choices.

My opinion is shorter respawn time and closer stables are not mutual exclusive. Even with new or closer stables enabling other spots I still think 2h+ respawn timer is inadequate. If one person emptied a channel within the past 2h (3h for Epheria) and you're switching into it, rip, you'll be traped here for 10 min. For what purpose ? Does it bring something to the game ?
Silver / h and Training Exp / h is caped by the time to catch a horse, so it could be litteraly insta-respawn (I don't ask for that) and change nothing to balance.

Just like Nattyflo I agree adding closer stables / horses / spots to new regions would be cool. Variety is awesome and I really would like to switch spot from time to time, and actually enjoy new regions too, like any other player. + it would be nice convenience for T10 daily too. If you create a feedback about this I will upvote.
