I would like to propose the following quests to help promote Moodle Village Harbor in LoML.

1 Controling The Goldmonts

   Destroy 10 Small Goldmont Ships, 5 Medium Goldmont Ships, 2 Large Goldmont Ships

   (possible rewards-100 Crow Coins, Sailing XP, Serni Crystal)

2 Ninesharks Are a Pain

   Kill 5 Ninesharks

   (possible rewards-80 Crow Coins, Sailing XP, ???)

3 Black Rust Control

   Kill 15 Black Rusts in the Black Rust spawning area

   (possible rewards-3 Fiery Blackstones and 3 Frosted Blackstones, Sailing XP, New rapid ship repair item that repairs 5% per item)

4 Those Margoria Ghost Ships

   During you upcoming voyages destroy 5 Margoria Ghost Ships

   (possible rewards-Similar rewards to Pirate Ghost Ships, 100 Cannonballs, Stolen Cargo-Random Pirate Loot, 100 Crow Coins)

5 Lekrashan Must be Contained

   Weekly-Kill Lekrashan in party of 3

   (possible rewards-Zulatia Crystal, Large Sailing XP, New Rapid Ship Repair Mat, 500 Crow Coins)

6 Any Old Seamonster Will Do

   Weekly-Destroy 100 Seamonsters Between Moodle Harbor and Oquillas Eye

   (possible rewards- Large Sailing XP, 400 Crow Coins, Randon Sea Crystal Bag, 100 Cannonballs)

7 Crocodile Skins Needed

   Weekly-Kill 25 Saltwater Crocodiles

   (possible rewards-Torn Treasure Map Piece, 

8 Hampering Seamonsters-(Add an additional NPC at Moodle Harbor for this quest which is at Oquillas Eye)

9 Candidum Culling

   Kill 5 Candidums

   (possible rewards- Large sailing XP, Choice of 5 Fiery Balckstones or 3 Frosted Blackstones, 80 Crow coins, Moss Remover)

Also Please Look Into the Following

  1 Upgrading Lekrashan loot table to at least gaurantee 1 Zulatia Crystal with Possibilty of a Margoria Sea Crystal

  2 Adding Claws of the Waves as random trash loot to Candidums, Ninesharks, Black Rusts

  3 Margoria Ghost Ships need worthwhile random loot

  4 Increase number of Goldmont ships in the Goldmont Fleet area.

  5 Adding a delivery quest from Moodle to Oquillas Eye (Sailing XP)

  6 Adding a Barter for Moodle Harbor (some worthy reward)

  7 Allow players to select a daily login reward that pertains to Ocean content once in a while (we are constanly left out in the cold)

  8 Rework sailor listing by ship and type of sailor

  9 Rework floating debris pile loot

The above ideas are only meant to bring possible additional content to an area that PA put a lot of time into. They are only ideas and any constructive additions or ideas are welcomed.   LoML is a beatiful area and the Harbor should be used far more than it is. Any improvements to Ocean Content would be a great addition.  

I'm all for additional ways to gain progress in sailing, but I'm against adding more dailys/weeklies for that progress.

Every suggestion you made that didn't involve a quest, I'm all for.

More crow coins, more sailing exp.  Figure it out PA!!!
