I don't know why after years and years this trash paywall system is in place. 

I went to buy pearls and it denied my card this time for no reason at all and now I am unable to try and buy anything because it has me blocked. I was buying stuff fine previously.

It says start an inquiry but i click the button and now it isnt letting me. Can anyone give me advice? I'm so tired of this randomly happening for no damn reason.

1. I believe there is a purchase limit (can't remember if it's weekly or monthly).

2. Could be your bank blocking the purchase, mine does that occasionally (especially if you are making multiple purchases quickly).

3. Could be region block if you moved.

4. Possible that you don't have enough funds.

Suggestion:

1. Use paypal

2. Call bank and ask if they blocked transactions if Paypal doesn't work.

Unfortunately this isn't related to your bank in most cases but paywall itself. This is a known issue and when you google it, you will find that a lot of people are having issues. Unfortunately the only recourse is to use the paypal option which doesn't require you to login but it is an option where paypal is supported.

I would recommend submitting a ticket so they have more data to convince the ones who make the decisions regarding this. I hope this resolves your situation, I know it did for me.
