Even more ways to grief people? Yea why not to go a spot and grief everyone since you cant be killed? Why want to destroy BDO so much, isnt J enough?
They can and do do that on a 49 already. How would this change any of that? If they have no AP/DP brackets they can't kill anything, and the mobs would turn them into kibble by looking at them.

Explain how that would "punish" people under level 60? The idea actually helps everyone under level 60 protecting them from being killed when they do not even have a posiblity to defend themselves even against Tuvala Timmy let alone a Giga Chad 720.
Can't pvp, can't benefit from level brackets, lol. Yeah let's make those sun 60 players second class citizens! That will keep 'em loyal! Lol

Protected from being a victim, something you screech about getting attacked as being the victim. But you are right accidentally they can't PvP, they also can't PvP now, they can flag but they can't hurt anyone right now but they can be hurt. I am talking about removing the ability to be hurt.
As for the AP/DP brackets you get your last Sheet AP at 60, so PA has already acknowledged that level 60 is when your AP is unlocked. Most of your highest DPS skills are not until 60 either PA has already acknowledged that is when you are able to do full damage.
This means that you then get a choice, you can either just be level 60 and not go any higher avoid all PvP at the expense of being able to grind higher geared spots or you can allow PvP on and gain the ability to go after the high end spots.
This is really a win win win for everyone except the person who just wants to troll players in game. It removes baby seal clubbing, gives players a reasonable choice vs now where you can't even get all your movement skills on a life skiller.
I think your problem is that you just want to argue, and don't want to have any reasonable discussion about anything ever.

That is the reason why I say AP/DP brackets should be locked until then. Figure out what your AP would be at 249k (max AP for a seasonal) and then subtract the AP you get from the bracket. Now take off AP until you get down to that total, try and kill Centaurs. You are in no way going to be efficent.
Yeah, it could be a way... But why make it so complicated?
Remove level from the equation, just set a GS at which you will be prompted to activate pvp if you want to reach this GS, and done.
