sure, its noob stomper build thats super effective vs undergeared people but i would really call it tanky considering what else exists, has actual good class mods and is REALLY tanky.

I mean its pretty simple. Give the same class the same AP/DP and make one evasion and one accuracy. One will live, one will die if knocked down.

As it is at the moment, Evasion is a crutch for players. A substitute for skill essentually because you get rewarded for being CC'd and knocked down by not dying, where as DR players have the opposite effect.

I think the issue though isnt with Evasion/Accuracy, the problem is that evasion players hit way too hard for the amount they can easily stack. It's a damage issue. But PA's fixes for all classes is just "Give it more damage" and therefor the cycle will never end.

In my opinion since probably 75% of the later game players are using evasion in uncapped, one would think that you would see a trend. Why do so many players use evasion? It's not that hard to understand.
