Wheel of Wrath is the near direct equivalent of Serpent Ascension(Ninja) for Kunoichi, both are quick high damage unprotected floats with a forward guard Core/BON skill.
It would make sense for it to have Skill with -9% Evasion Rate much like Serpent Ascension has recently received
Even if it is a lower amount, Kunoichi is one of the few classes lacking this crucial debuff in any form.
It is very difficult to kill an evasion class even with a fully buffed combo that includes applying 20 AP+10 Human Damage, 4% Accuracy, -4% Evasion, And -35DP, Along with 14% Attack Speed Increase to add more skills to combo.
Chain Crash range is also very short when combing after Lunar Discus.
At the moment you cannot hit a target with Crash after they are CCed with Discus at max range.
It would help if Chain Crash can always hit a target after they are hit by Discus.
Also, Despite the forward guard, the Chain Crash is very difficult to utilize in PVP as the range is so short despite the width. Many times it appears I should be able to hit an opponent with the skill and it completely misses. A simple comparison would be the Wizard's bolide skill, which hits a few feet further, but not enough for it to be considered long range. A middle ground between the current range and this would make a lot more sense considering the animation speed and safety of the skill.

All of these are really good suggestions. I do agree Wheel of Wrath getting the -EVA Debuff on hit (on enemy) is a more fair equivalent than spin too.
Chain Crash would definitely feel better with slightly longer range cone. I will add these two to the 1st post list and remove my originally proposed -EVA Debuff on spin with your reason
This is honestly a good idea, I'll add it to the list to switch CORE FG effect with current Sah Spree Float
This is good. I like having my float in PvE on that skill. I can do without it in PvP. If we get FG back then I can have a fully protected skill rotation again.

tbh just give us flow wrath back and add a -9% eva debuff and leave the -20 dp debuff on moon storm since its are main debuffer skill
