clicked on a players name in chat today and the only option that popped up was "block". am i blocked by this player?

i just wanted to drop a quick hello and offer my help in any kind of needs :D

I finished Fughar's Road to Success volume 1 but when I go to start volume 2, the black spirit doesn't have the quest to start it under the Suggested Quests. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or why the black spirit doesn't want to give me the quest to start the adventure log. 

Hi, are you talking to your black spirit on a Level 55+ Character, with all quest types switched on? And did you check if the journal is perhaps already unlocked in the adventure journal bookshelf? 

[Dahn's Gloves] The Name We Miss Dearly, Mihyun!

The NPC Mihyun is not at the tent. Can't continue with the quest. I have c10 pen v boss gloves and the flame.

Please make sure you have completed the entire LoML quest on that character, and did not do parts of the gloves questline already. In both cases, the NPC would not be at that place any more.

With this new imperial delivery "Items you can exchange for the [Event] Imperial Training Delivery Invoice! " I cannot find the items listed on patch to be exchanged somewhere, tried heidel/velia, Wapra / Gula and none of them have quest or exchange option to provide items listed for invoice. Any advice?

Hi, it's in the new Exchange UI, you can access it by clicking on the chest icon on the bar left of the minimap.

Got it, I missunderstand from their patch, I thought we can exchange all of that items for Invoice but is invoice for those items, sad...
