I don't do guild wars.  So the latest change doesn't affect me.

I don't defend places I grind.  I've never been strong enough, no matter how hard I try.

I hate getting Pk'd.  It feels rotten.

But still, I'd rather play a real, free, open-world game that allows players to choose whether or not they will take risks.  We know what we're getting into.  We don't need to be led by the hand.

I will never use Marni's Realm, as it will remove one more player from the open world that gives this game life.

So: it seems that you just showed about 1,000 people that you won't even take the time to consider their concerns.  You'll just ram your changes through, burn the bridges behind you, and not care about anyone's vision but your own.  You'll listen to some people but not others.  Ususally, you'll listen to a few people and change the game for the worse for most players.  I've seen this happen over and over again for the past two years.

Are we chopped liver?

When I first started playing this game back in 2020, I thought you guys cared about the playerbase and the world they gave life.  Then, you started mutating the game, dumbing it down to the wrteched state it is today.

That update will benefit me since I never provoke other players and most of the times I've been myself bothered or pked. Anyway, it's bearable, never suffured from it: it's the game and I enjoy it! That's why I joined this game in the first place!

You point directly at PA who doesn't seem to care much about what players think and they will keep going that way because it opens the doors to more "new players", although there are a lot of pve online games already.

Did you ever think that perhaps they do care about what players think and that your viewpoint is the minority?  Again, these forums are not representative of the entire player base.  I do wish they'd made smaller changes to address this, but they have the data and must know how bad the bullying has been.  I trust them
