Expectation:
"Daddy, daddy! I was walking on the sidewalk and this mean person pushed me for no reason. I didn't even know him or touch him nor said anything to him!"

vs reality:

"Daddy daddy! I pushed this guy away on the sidewalk and he was shouting at me for no reason. My feelings are hurt, I just want to be left alone on the sidewalk, because I am very young!"

They already have this.

Just this attitude of yours is the reason open world PvP is in the current state. You have no self awareness nor acountability. Thus PA had to take away your option to make players rage quit BDO, and make guilds to disband from harrassment. What you like to ignore, is that there is a real human on the other side. 

Maybe RUST is more your speed.

I only play on Olvia! I really enjoy this game when it's PVE only. I will take a calculated break when Olvia ends for me. This game has lost a lot of sales for me as a result. I end up playing other games longer than the 1 month break.

Why?  It's not like random PvP happens very often unless you grind over top of someone.

You can't really say that when some of the supports for RULE OF THE JUNGLE MIGHT MAKES RIGHT PvP openly admit they hunt certain people and guilds down. With the intent to make the quit the game. Maybe people should act civil instead of like apes than get mad when they get held accountable for their actions against others.

Again, why should PA canabolize 75% of the playerbase, just to please the 5% of murder hobbos, until they are the only ones left in the game?

Sure, griefers should dictate how the whole audience is managed... Ok ok. 

There are players coming back endlessly because they abuse the lack of death penalty. I suggest PA to remove any remaining interaction between players... 

... There, is that how it works? Aaah no, my bad, I forgot to add some % popping out of nowhere. XD

Now, let's get things right : pvpve players chose a game with an owpvp with rules. Why should these players be sacrificed for players who are not able to accept all of the rules of the game they choose to play on?

That's the right way to see things. Players who know what they choose VS players refusing or ignoring rules because they feel special. 

Because they are a very small minority of people who have fun making players quit the game and guilds disband. It’s really as simple as that. The power high gear gives in this game allows some players to solo bully entire guilds, forcing them to either stop playing or disband.  You all had your chance to police yourselves, yet you refused to police each other, even promoting the disbandment of guilds and causing people to outright quit the game.

In the end, your group was doing far more harm than good for the game’s popularity and profits. Therefore, the developers decreed that Forced Open World PvP be most strictly punished. You all have yourselves to blame. Perhaps a PvP server in RUST is more your speed?

My group? I have no relation with the griefers you described, nor do I have an obligation to "police them". Do I blame you for the excessive behavior of pve griefers? No. Griefers are griefers, go talk with them. 

Now, with good rules PA could have prevented that. With even better rules PA could have even allowed us to participate in this control. But PA mainly chose useless band aids.

Blame devs, blame griefers. But you have no right to blame all the decent pvpve players of this game, despite what you seem to think. 

Fair, but let me highlight what I've said before... "The power high gear gives in this game allows some players to solo bully entire guilds, forcing them to either stop playing or disband." And that was the issue, because of the difference in power gear makes. One person can and have make whole guilds of players quit the game from consisent PK griefing across map and channels. That is before we even talk about known griefer guilds like Kinsworn Hunters. Who only bully low geared guilds who don't have any backing. That's why these changes have went through.
