Is PA serious, they are adding 20 damage reudction to monster artifacts ontop of the Ators shoes which is like 50 monster DR if you wear both plus the new shoes and is a heavy heavy nerf to us awk casters i mean come on they are giving a permanent half whale tendon against us casters. 

All you people who say casters don't get nerfs, think again, they have been nerfing us for years the more monster dmg they add and refusing to change our pet dmg, the shoes and the artifacts are a MASSIVE nerf to our damage.

ironicly the new best PvE artifacts with 20 monster dr each is best in slot for PvP now also, wiz/witch are the most effected by this but almost all classes have summon type skills and 40 monster DR is far better than 12 evasion or 6 DR artifacts, i think they also come with 75 hp and 100 stamina which is just even more hilarious.

Those mystic players will fight you to the death over this argument. Except they can't do damage to you, because her dragon is pet damage.

Not sure what argument you mean as this is factual, wizard/witch awakening damage is all monster damage with our flows, i have only ever played awakening wizard so i can't speak to mystics but they can't be anywhere near as effected as we are with this. Mystics may be effected but almost every skill us awk casters have has a secondary flow effected by monster dmg. 

A DR based class like Drak, zerker or guardian in end game DR gear we will do like no damage while they shred us, i mean end game dr classes can hit 600 DR this basically adds another free 50.

Funnily this artifact will be only BIS in caped nw and useless everywhere else.

And no, noone going to use those artifacts just cause a single class which is trash in 1v1 anyway.

But yeah this is an unnecessary and unbalanced artifact which have no added value to the game except that the devs can try to sell it as new "content".

funny how you think that it's usefull against just one class, yes it effects casters more then others but all classes have summon type skills, even if other classes have 1-3 skills that are summon instead that's 40 DR against those skills and tbh i would take 40DR over all evasion +6 or DR +3 any day. The artifact also i believe also has 75 hp and 100 stamina (correct me if i'm wrong) which which many classes need so it just in general becomes the best pve and pvp artifact.

Also just a side note awk wizard can 1 vs 1 really well on equal gear, not sure what idiot caster you been fighting but i've held my own and or won against many 720+gs players as a 660-700 GS awk wiz. Not sure about witch never played it but awk wiz is good at 1 vs 1 if you know what your doing, honestly i am a life skiller 99% of my time so i don't pvp much nowdays but i did lots of fights in 2 years from 2021-feb this year  in hystria grinding my compass and a 3 days recently on arsha fighting 700+GS people who came into my spare potion grind rotation on arsha, if lets say i lost 10 fights 7 of them were because i didn't have enough accuracy ( i was 830) and even then it was a long drawn out fight most cases so with equal gearing i.e to give me the extra 100 accuracy i would have easily won.

40DR vs one or two skill or 12DR VS all, it's not that much better as you think, in the first place only a very very few ppl minmax on this level.

if you say so i'm not going to argue with you, also just an fyi you need to brush up it's 6 dr not 12, all damage reduction artifacts give 3 each not 6. Again i'd gladly take 40 monster dr which effects a few class skills 75hp and 100 stamina over 6 dr or 12 evasion any day, i'm unclear if the 75 hp and 100 stamina is correct or if it's a combo or per i need to read up on it myself but if it's per artifact it just further proves my point

devs dont even know what stats affect what in pvp anymore, sadly. they keep making pets worse and worse. them not being affected by half of the elixir rotation is bad enough, but this will be a total tragedy.

its 100 hp, 75 stam, 20 monster dr per artefact.

yikes, yeah 100% best pvp and pve artifact then
