Issue: Undocumented changes to striker skills.

Hi folks,

There are a couple of skills now that have been amended for striker without said changes being documented in the respective patch notes.

Firstly an old change by now for Sommersault, patch August 9, 2023.
Evasion debuff was added to the skill, but -20 DP debuff was removed, this change was never documented to this day.

With latest patch November 15 another undocumented change was made to Succession Savage Fang.
Discharge hits for the skill were reduced from x6 to x4, again without this being present in the patch notes.

For one this negates the PvE damage buff coming from the base skill. Hidden Claw, changes and also interferes with established shard generation patterns for the spec.

If those changes are intended. at the very least have them documented instead of waiting for the playerbase to notice them and ask about it. 
And if not intended have it fixed.
