Topic: Some odd skill adjustments in the latest PvE patch.

Overall the latest adjustments to PvE damage of the spec were a good start, but there are a few that seem somewhat illogical for a player's standpoint.

The 2 changes that really stick out are Savage Fang (also undocumented in patch notes) and Roaring Tiger.

For both of those skills the base damage was increased, but there were discharge hits being removed resulting in a negligible overall change of 2-3% in damage done.

Savage fang used to have x6 discharge hits, now just 4

I am trying to find the logic here of reducing the hits. The stated intention of the changes was to improve the PvE performance of the affected classes/specs, but here the damage remains more or less unchanged for 2 of the core skills of the spec, while it would seemingly look like a significant buff until you do the math.

It makes no sense to do that given the reasoning for the wave of changes overall.
Return the removed hits for the 2 skills and adjust the PvP modifiers accordingly.
