I would like to appeal to the PA devs to please give the people who are deaf or hard of hearing a chance to encounter the Hollow Maretta. 

It can be just a small musical indicator that grows bigger as you get closer or something. Anything that can help the deaf or hard of hearing know that Hollow Maretta is nearby.

I hope you will help them out as afterall, you did put in visual aids to help the visually color impaired.

PA should have a deaf compatibility theme that turns audio indicators into visual ones to help players who are hard of hearing. 

This should be a staple after 9 years.
