Would it be better if all summon classes had thier's summons dmg to crit 100% of time in PVE?

Why

cause most summon classes already have very low PVE crit rate on the skill and on top, the summon skills has 0% crit rate on summon dmg. it just a massive loss of dmg. Example: Succession Nova, Awakening striker, Awak Witchards...

So i thought maybe making all summon's dmg to atleast crit 100% of time in PVE only would be a really great PVE buffs and not needing to run crit artifacts & addons all the time.

idk exactly how much dmg boost that would be if all summon's dmg started to crit 100% of time in PVE, I haven't done the math yet

I have a sense that part of the reasons why they decided to do a lot more 0% crit rate Summon Skill is due to the problems where Special Attack Damage modifier bonuses from Buff, Equipment, Passives and so forth do not apply to the Pet Damage.

It's just a way to avoid the disappointment of knowledgeable players. 

When they gave some Critical Chance to Awakening Witch pet flows and increased PvP reductions in a way that it accounted for a nerf when Special Evasion is considered, I certainly was very frustrated. Since crit is locked at a 2.0 modifiers, it gets annihilated by a 32 - 37% or more special evasion most users run.

Now if your pet damage is balanced around a 0% crit, such concerns are slightly less influencial.

 but the 100% crit rate in pet dmg is only for PVE, so it will remain 0% in PVP. idk how it would effect the PVP part even if ppl run 32 - 37% or more special evasion. And for the PVE mobs, we just need more accuracy to have 100% hit rate all the time.
