Change all PVP balance to similar to current shai

Suggestions/Comments: With all the recent PVP changes and backlash. I think PA should balance all classes to how Shai is currently. Let's start with protections. Shai currently has only a couple that have very short duration time. There should be no need for classes to have almost 100% protection, they should have very little protection. Having little protections forces you to have good positioning and learn how to trade damage properly. Pvp damage should be nerfed on all classes. Just like shai you shouldn't be able to one combo an enemy in less than 2 seconds. Time to kill on BDO is is non-existent. If you want to have resistances of some kind i think removing ignore resistances would do better than adding more protections. CC also need to be nerfed, as in a class shouldn't have more than 3 skills with CC in it, and 3 skills seems like a lot of CC. If you've ever played an AP shai you probably know, and if you haven't, I'd recommend checking it out to see how things could be. I realize some of these changes could affect pve so I think these changes should only apply to pvp
