Lvl 49 BUG. I got the going beyond 50 quest but I was not given any clear memory piece

i've tried to forfeit the go beyond your limits quest 3 times and restarted the game but the clear memory piece will not show up in my inventory and is no where to be found, anywhere, i am at level 49 and at 100% xp :(

The quest has changed, which you could have noticed if you looked at your screenshot, because it tells you what to do:
Open the black spirit and click on chat.

I have the same problem, I open the chat with the black spirit and the item does not show up.

I have the same problem, I open the chat with the black spirit and the item does not show up.
There is no item!
You only have to chat with the black spirit!
