It's just me or the item drop rate after last patch is worse than usual?

I am farming pity pieces for HP infinite pot at ronaros and I've got 2 pity in 2 hours, one in each of two hours. After that I went go kagtums and got 4 pity pieces in 2 hours... What is going on? The normal rate for me was about 8-10 per hour - I'm having 10k+ ecology.

Also, I have notifications on when players from the server get rare items and I don't see any more merchant ring pieces drop rates anymore and fewer rare items in general.

It's just me or PA tweaked the item drop rate from programming? Last two weeks they nerfed badly rare items drop by adding those seals.

There is no normal rate on rng items. Idk man last 2 weeks we had extra 80 percent dr and 100 percent drop rate events and now we don't could be the reason. One gm came in and said these event items are on a completly diff loot table too so they shouldn't affect other drops. Rng means random. When I did pot once i ave 4 pity per hour for 24 hour im like cool 1 hour left and then took 4h to get the last 4 pities so no you cant go I usually get this and think every hour you gonna get the same amount.

I submitted a ticket last night about that, getting out a 9 hours straight without any Deboreka Bell at crypt, since 6/3 patch (and yesterday last 2 hours i was still at 300% and sometimes on Arsha).

I dropped a merchant ring piece and even a Right Lung (both i don't need anymore) on these 9 hours but not a single Bell ^^

I suggested a regulation script or anything that could Bug droprate or a bug on my account at least...

They just answered they didn't change anything in droprate at Crypt and it was impossible a single account could have a diferent droprate as calculation is the same for all accounts.

So i'll go back later and see if the Curse go on, but 9 Hours without a single bell... come on ^^

before the "buff" I had a deboreka necklace every hour and now I havent gotten one in 10+ hours, but atleast I got that useless piece of a merchant ring, I guess someone had to manually changed rates and their hand slipped and buffed the ring pieces

1 hour at Sherekhan ... 1 pity...

There is actually spots that i drop less items that i want at during event. I could just be crazy but i have 100's of hours at these spots and during event when i hit 320% drop rate i get less then i would if i was at my normal 250% drop rate. The system itself is rng yes but if i consistantly grind a place and notice a decrease when i get more drop rate thats kinda nuts. Maybe just coincidence. Also was there a shadow nerf on kagtunak(((NOT THE POT PIECE DROP the valor drop))) drops because i used to drop them all the time and now they literally drop less then pitty pieces. Pitty pieces i used to drop 3-4 an hour now only 1 or 2 if im lucky. Somethings going on here and we are in the middle of a drop event when im posting this.
