Dear PA?

As a player I depend on your communications to understand whats happening in the game.

Your communication was published and was clear.  Tier 1-5 horses were to be removed from the and players would receive silver at market prices.

I didnt like the change since I had 7 Tier 5 horses I was perfectly happy with, but I took action to sell off the Tier 5's and acquire T6's from the market in order to minimise the disruption from the change.

BUT, within 24 hours of the maintenance starting, PA changed the process of upgrading.  Now the Tier1-5 horses would be replaced by a T6 horse. (for free)

Seriously PA, this is terrible communication and makes players (like me) very uneasy about trusting your future communications.

Everyone else - do you still have your t1s and t2s?  Those appear to have simply vanished, and not upgraded.

People asked for the horses to be upgraded not just straight sold.

They only changed their minds at the last minute because they saw profit in it. People didn't want to get rid of their low tiers for various reasons so PA 'upgraded' them to t6, just not in the way people wanted. They changed them to one of the ugliest t6 models so if you want to use that mount, you pay real money to get an appearance change coupon. It's a quick cashgrab. For them it was a win-win. People got to 'keep' their low tiers and in return they make money from coupons.
