When you open the launcher, if you type too quickly or copy/paste the code, the input will only go in the first slot.
It's not just visual, since pressing "Confirm" thinks the input is invalid.

This requires you to have to fully delete, and re-type a 2 factor multiple times.
(Honestly surprised there's not a 2FA save session option, like other games - So you don't have to type 2FA every time you launch)

I've had this issue with Two-Factor for a long time, but figured I'd re-bring it up, so it'll hopefully get fixed.
